Hotel Fortuna Policies
  • About the laudry: Hotel Fortuna don't offer it in direct way. Instead, a outsourcing company carries out the laundry for you. It picks up your clothes, every morning at 9:00 a.m. and return it at  4:00 p.m. This company sets the price of each piece. Therefore, make sure you have a deal in advance and not form setbacks.

  • Clean service room: The cleaning of rooms is carried out daily, at the norming starting from 10:00 am. If you dontīt want to be bothered, you can tell it to the front desk reception
  • Telephone calls: local phone calls and of long distance you can do it with charge to your room bill.
  • Safety deposit box: The hotel Fortuna has a box of central security so that our guests can keep their objects of value and other documents.  
  • Permanency Policy: the rate that you pay to the entrance remains equally for a single, two o three people and it should be canceled entirety at the end of the permanency  of it, in daily form. including any other expense generated by other received services.
  • Any extra person if it is registered in official entrance, could do so under their responsibility and not the hotel. This enters he/she has the cost of US $10.00
  • Due to the strict national sanitary regulation. they are not allowed the permanency of animals, neither plant. or objects (devices) that deteriorate the hotel or sponge to unnecessary riks to the guests.
  • The employment of irons clothes is not allowed, neither the use of candles, objects or substances that propitiate the propagation of the fire.
  • Any situation that you believe that this affecting their demurrage in the hotel, please inform it to the reception.
